25 Broadway Memes for Theatre Kids and Theatre Adults

We're living in a pretty good time for musical theatre fans. More and more musicals are being filmed and made available to people all over the world. We're amid two incredible revivals of Gyspy and Sunset Boulevard. The most famous musical of the 21st century, arguably of all time, has been made into a wonderful film nominated for 10 Oscars and isn't even done yet! Emilia Perez will probably win Best Picture, and no matter how you feel about it as a movie, you've got to admit it's cool that we have two musical Best Picture nominees. A movie musical hasn't won Best Picture since 2002, so maybe this will be the year. 

There is always another musical to listen to or a Good Morning America Broadway performance to watch. If you don't have hands-on access to Broadway or live theatre generally, these Broadway memes might tide you over until the Tonys.
