Boss constantly belittles hardworking employee who keeps the business running, pushing him to find other job: ‘I’m going to quit - no two week notice’

Listen up, corporate drones and wage serfs! Gather 'round for a tale that'll make your cubicled minds explode. 

Ever feel like you're juggling chainsaws while your boss complains you're not on fire? Welcome to the circus, folks! It's a world where competence is punished, and fawning is an admired acrobatic skill. 

Now let's get right to our main man – the body shop superhero. This dude's got more skills than a Swiss Army knife. Hired to slap some paint on cars, he's out there playing mechanic, assembler, detailer, car washer and probably fixing the coffee machine too.

But does the boss appreciate this walking, talking efficiency machine? I don't want you to go into shock or anything so, you should probably sit down or something–no he doesn't. 

He instead chose a strategy of weaponized indifference with the word "Overpaid" accusations becoming the shop's mantra as our hero tapes the entire operation together like a preschooler's art project. The shop survives on his spite alone.
