'I have a feeling he's going to be a foster fail': Person finds gorgeous abandoned doggo tied to a street pole, they bring him into their family and he fits in pawfectly

Howdy, animal fam, and happy Monday. If you've ever fostered a dog, you know how difficult that can be. Not because foster dogs are difficult inherently, but because there's always that chance that you'll fall head-over-paws in love with them and they end up being a foster fail. In fact, we prefer it that way! We happily accept any doggos that come to us through the dog distribution system, and our home is always open for another canine companion (what's one more, right?).

Just like the cat distribution system, the DDS (dog distribution system) has a method that works in mystery. Sometimes the dog chooses you at the shelter, and other times, you find them tied to street poles with no owner in sight, like in the story below! Thankfully, the dog pawrent found them, got them checked up, and brought the puppy (he looks large but is, in fact, a puppy) to their home, with the intention of finding him a furever home later. However, after seeing how well he fits in with their family, we suspect he's already found it.

Well, get ready to have your hands chomped on for at least a few more months, friends. Our puppy didn't stop biting our hands until around the one year mark. They still play bite us sometimes when we are roughhousing, but it doesn't hurt. We know they're playing! We may or may not have some holes in our shirts, though.

We can't imagine doing such a thing to a dog, and yet, people do it all the time. It should be illegal, or at least worthy of some sort of fine, in our opinion. You made a commitment to this dog, and then broke it. Maybe it would stop people from throwing them away like trash!
