Have you eaten yet today? Feeling extra lazy? Why not plop some shredded cheese on a tortilla and pop it in the microwave? Now you've got yourself a quesadilla! And, imo, that is an elite meal. Quesadillas are kind of like pizza, even when they're bad, they're good. They only "bad" quesadilla are the ones where they just take it way too far and add all kinds of unnecessary ingredients and cuisine fusions. When it comes to quesadillas, just cheese does just fine.

There are plenty debates about the "fast food" quesadilla. Some people go to Taco Bell and that is their number one choice: The quesadilla. But others think that is a bonkers order. Why go to Taco Bell and spend any kind of money on a food item you can make for cheaper AND better at home? But some might say it has the "yo no sé que" that homemade quesadillas can't produce. Perhaps it's the queso they use, or there's some secret Taco Bell fast-food quesadilla sauce we just don't know anything about. Our opinion? Listen, we love all quesadillas. Don't bring us in the middle of this argument. We'll eat it either way. We're just here to serve up some quesadilla memes!
