This is the type of passenger who makes you dread getting on a plane. 

If you think you're going to be getting up a lot while you're flying on an airplane, you should probably book the aisle seat. That way, you don't have to do that awkward climb over the person or people next to you! The seating situation is so cramped on most flights that getting up involves squishing close to your seat mates, then doing the same thing upon your return trip. 

I think the average person doesn't like to do that awkward shimmy past the other passengers, and tries to limit bathroom trips.
