Entitled shopper forces grocery store workers to fit bags into her overstuffed trunk, workers refuse to comply: 'It goes in the trunk. Make it work'

When customers choose to have other people helping them out with groceries, they better show those folks some respect. 

This applies to people who use apps like Instacart and the like. Do not expect the most high quality blueberries. You have chosen not to rally and go to the grocery store to pick out the items yourself. If you have special opinions on what looks good to you, then by all means, do not use these services and go get your own groceries.

This kind of behavior also applies to grocery store pickup, which is the service that this entitled customer used when she threw a temper tantrum at the workers. Keep scrolling below to hear what she had to say!

  • It all started in the parking lot of a superstore, where the store's workers were essentially playing Tetris to try and get all of this woman's grocery bags into the trunk of her already packed car. Alas, a few bags could not fit, so the workers inquired if they could put those remaining items in the backseat of the lady's car. That's when the drama began to start. Let's just say the manager got involved, and at the end of the day, the workers were given approval to give the entitled customer a taste of her own medicine.

    We look. She had twelve containers of bagged items plus two huge 36-roll packs of toilet paper. They managed to Tetris everything but a couple of bags and the toilet paper packs, which was actually pretty impressive.

    Worker two attempts to re-Tetris in the hopes of fitting more and manages to shove one more bag inside. There was no way in h I those toilet paper packs were going to fit. We were now watching, amused.

    Worker one: "I'm sorry ma'am, there is no way the toilet paper will fit in the back. Can we put it in the back seat of the car?" Karen: "No, I don't want it in my car, I want it in the rear. Just make it fit."

    Karen: "This is unacceptable, I want to speak with the manager." She rolls up her window and locks her doors (we saw her look to make sure they were locked lol).

    Worker one leaves back into the building. He reappears a minute or two later with another man following behind him. They approach her window and she rolls it down enough to speak.

    He stares at her through the window. He looked at workers one and two. Suddenly they were pulling the empty containers back into the store and the door closes behind them.

    They left her toilet paper and remaining bags on the ground next to her car so she could put them away herself! ROFL I lost it and laughed and clapped so hard she heard me and her head whipped up to look at me. That's right Karen, there was an audience too!

  • Several members of the online community weighed in with their elated reactions to the whole debacle. Most folks don't get the opportunity to force Karen customers to clean up their own messes, so let's just say we're all living vicariously through these employees.
