As kids, we have always been told that 'sharing is caring'. Our parents wanted us to learn that the act of giving others something that is yours is good, that being kind can change a lot of people's lives. But as often as kids do, they don't really listen, and they find it very hard to do something for others without seeing how it benefits them. And still, learning to share is something everyone eventually learns to incorporate in their lives on way or another.

Somehow, it seems that many adults not only do not take this lesson to heart, they actually become worse at sharing the older they get. They act more like children than actual children when they are asked to 'play nicely' and share their toys with others. You'll hear more grown adults crying about how they are being treated unfairly than any kid you know, which leads to quite a few uncomfortable situations that could absolutely have been avoided if adults simply acted like adults.
