Cat rescuer fights back when a wacko neighbor tries to steal the kitten she saved, claiming that 'Tuna' was theirs all along, feline stays with the family that chose her: ‘This cat is my soul animal’

Rescuing an animal heals a little part of your soul that you never knew was broken. Humans inherently love to care for and protect living things (and if you don't you're an insane person, obviously), and deep down, we all crave the love of another living thing. The best way to ensure that a creature will love you forever is by saving them from a dismal situation, like the lady in this next story. 

Frozen nights and blustery days nearly claimed the life of an innocent feline a few months ago, but this woman would not accept that. Previously a self-proclaimed cat-hater, she was skeptical of the little feline frequenting her balcony, but after a few days of cat kibble treats and feline acceptance, her heart was forever turned. This skinny, feral cat thawed the heart of a non-cat person. However, this kitty connection was not the end of the battle ahead of these two, because an even bigger foe lurked on the horizon.
