If a meme gets made and nobody except the meme maker views it, is it really a meme at all? When Richard Dawkins originally defined the concept of a meme back in the 70s, he stated that one of its primary uses was as a unit of cultural transmission, so arguably, a meme without an audience is just some kind of random piece of ephemera instead. Not everybody may agree with that, but it is still the case that a meme's efficacy is often gauged by how many people it manages to reach and how many different iterations it manages to go through. A list like this allows it one small platform for it to serve its purpose, and you are a key part of the puzzle. All you have to do is scroll though and maybe save a couple of your favorites.
