'All weekend errands are done before noon': 25+ Old person habits younger people have picked up because they make life better

As a culture, we're pretty afraid of aging. There's a whole industry dedicated to ameliorating the fears of showing signs of aging. We sell creams, treatments, and procedures to keep us looking "young." We're dedicated to staying in the loop, in the know, and keeping up with what the kids are doing. This can get pretty exhausting. If you're afraid of aging, guess what? You get older every day. You better get used to it. As much as influencers and surgeons would like you to think you can reverse it, it physically can't be done. It's part of being human, and it's not a bad thing.

In fact, there's a lot we can learn from the elderly people in our lives. They've had decades to hone their routines, so they probably know a thing or two. They've seen trends and fads come and go, so you can trust that their advice is timeless. We need to do more of this as younger folks.
