Many folks fantasize about quitting their jobs, and while we encourage people who are truly unhappy and poorly treated in the workplace to seek opportunities elsewhere, it's always best to have a strategy if you can help it. In this case, this lady very much could have put some thought into her decision-making beforehand. It turns out the only plan she had in mind was for her 29-year-old boyfriend to fully support them and pay her half of the rent indefinitely without consulting him first. Of course, he wasn't ok with this, not solely because of the unnecessary pressure it added to his plate but also because he simply did not make enough money for such a sudden transition.
