Is Askhim a Bengal cat?
'Yes, I originally wanted a rescue, but my cousin, who’s a diver, wanted an exotic cat because he was making good money. We settled on a bengal, he paid 2/3 of the price. The kitten chose me. He got upset, left, and then the kitten became mine."

"It was a slow process giving him full autonomy on the boat, but it was so worth it. It's an 185ft tugboat. I got him as a kitten, so the first couple days we got him used to being in a cabin and getting used to me. Then I got him used to the entire inside of the boat except the kitchen. After a couple months of training him to sit, shake paw and how to climb up stuff inside the boat. I started letting him out supervised. As he got older, I felt comfortable going to school with him roaming the entire boat engine room and all."
