So, you've decided to do a juice cleanse. Well, aren't you healthy! Or not so healthy… We are not dietitians or even vaguely healthy, so… We don't really know. In fact, can someone explain the healthy benefits to doing a juice cleanse to us? Like, sure, you're filling your body with lots of vitamins and things that are good for you, but like, whatever happened to balance? How does that not mess up stomach so that you can't eat solids food again with out getting a tummy ache? Maybe like a 24-hour juice cleanse? So that your  tummy doesn't get too used to only consuming liquids. Again, we have no idea. We're just here chugging our third latte on an empty stomach at 4pm and consuming only memes…
