Entitled customers will go out of their way to try and prove a well-trained professional wrong, especially when it's regarding something in their profession. They believe the customer is always right (which is not true) and refuse to change their line of thinking. Though this irrevocable desire to be right makes them feel good at the moment, they usually get the karmic intervention necessary to make them learn from their lesson, if only for one moment. I wonder if the entitled client in this story learns theirs…
