This HOA lady did not choose her words carefully when she ridiculed her neighbor. In fact, it seems that she woke up that day to choose war.

Having a problem with one's neighbor is not unusual, but there is a way to speak to one another that prioritizes decorum and fairness first. Of course, most human beings do not have the self-control or the self-awareness to act with maturity in these circumstances.   • This resident shared a hostile email he received from his neighbor, who did not like the solar lights he had just put up. The funny thing is that there were not clear rules and regulations permitting the use of solar lights, so really this lady had no leverage here. However, she thoughts she could use her position as a board member to imply that the policies may need to be updated in order to convince him to take them down. Who knows how influential this lady actually is? It's probably best if the resident were to work out a solution so as to not motivate her to go full Karen. Still, can this woman get a life of her own?

    Here is a great email i got from one of our lovely board members. The ccrs and acc rules do not require lights to be approved by the way. The lights in question. were around 25 bucks a piece and higher quality solar lights.

    almost anything with lighting is unenforceable since 100% of the homes in the neighborhood violate the new standard. It went into effect several months after this email was sent.
