Sometimes there is simply not enough weekend to help us shake off the work week. After all, the work week is a super sticky situation that somehow keeps you stuck within its webs no matter how much of a wonderful weekend you have.

But the best we can do is try to shake off as much of that office nastiness as we can, so that we can at least enjoy some of the weekend without being totally sucked into thoughts about work. And seeing how our wholesome howler friends are so adept at shaking things off themselves, namely water, we figure they might be able to help you out now, by demonstrating their shaking technique such that you might find something to help you shake off the work week.
