Disgruntled passenger yells at crying baby on airplane, other passengers make his flight as difficult as possible: 'I kept "accidentally" hitting his seat'

Who doesn't love it when a difficult stranger gets his comeuppance in front of everyone? 

Sure, no one enjoys a screaming child on a plane, but you do not need to have a kid of your own to be able to feel bad for young parents. I was recently on a flight with a younger couple and their 6-month-old. Of course, they were sitting right behind us, but they were kind and were doing their best. Sure, the child was crying and making noise throughout the duration of the five-hour flight, but it wasn't due to negligence on the part of their parents. It was the kid's first flight, and as annoyed as I was, I was never going to show it. By the end of our trip, we ended up on the same return flight as the couple, which felt inevitable but the kid was much more calm this time around.

  • This passenger had already begun making enemies when he took up half the aisle as everyone was boarding the plane. Matters were made worse when he refused to let another passenger put her bag in the same overhead compartment despite there being plenty of room. Apparently, the fragile glasses in his suitcase just had to be everyone's priority.

    By the time the flight took off, the passenger had become everyone's problem when he exploded at a young parent for being unable to quiet her crying baby. Everyone took the parent's side, including the author and their partner who were sitting right behind the disgruntled dude. They decided to make the rest of his flight a living nightmare!

    each time lasting no longer than 3 minutes. A very good baby. Paul however was not pleased and each time the baby cried he'd turn around and give the parents the stink eye then get up and walk around. I kept hoping the baby would cry just so he'd have to listen to it.
