'He didn't leave me alone': Person goes to a wedding, comes back home with a surprisingly purrsistent void kitten, who immediately gets adopted by their fluffy white Maine Coon cat

The cat distribution system can strike anywhere and at any time. It's impawssible to predict it. A kitten can adopt you when you're on a hike, jumping at you out of nowhere and refusing to leave you alone. A kitten might fall asleep in the sneakers that you left outside one day and never leave you (or your sneakers) alone ever again. A ginger cat can show up in front of your kid in the forest unexpectedly and make itself part of your family that way. Anywhere, anytime. You just have to be lucky enough to be chosen.

Even at a wedding, the cat distribution system can strike, and strike it did. The human in this story was neither the bride nor the groom, but they left the venue with a partner for life. A very purrsistent partner. And the human is not the only one who won in this story. The meowment that they returned back home, their Maine Coon cat immediately took the new kitten under its paw and make it part of the famiy.

  • Let's be honest, going to a wedding… sometimes, is kind of a task. And although we don't know if that was the case here, we're going to assume that it was, and we're going to assume that finding this cat was the best part of the wedding. Because it was. And it will be one of the best parts of your life in general.

  • Clearly, this was a match made in the cat distribution system. Ying and yang. Black and white. Giant and small. Opposites but completely purrfect for one another. We love these cats, and we wish them many long and happy years together.

    Ritsosika OP I'm sorry to hear that :( Schrodi(there mc) always had a cat around him, and after our old cat di d from renal failure he started having behavioural issues from us not being able to give him enough attention, so when I brought home Toby he was very happy and immediately they became attatched at the hip.

    Ritsosika OP Romanian wedding :) I was the godparent's son, so pretty important at the wedding, but for more than half of the night I was running around with some kids to catch cats and then went away early cause I started feeling really sick.
