What does it take for you to consider quitting your job? When do the daydreams of slamming your resignation on your narcissistic boss's desk begin? Is it when they start making sure you're online 24/7? How about when they text you after hours in hopes you can work off the clock for free? No job title is worth the disruption of your mental peace, and time is the most valuable asset we have in our lives… Wasting it on mental anguish seems like the wrong thing to do.

The employee in this next story decides to resign from their three-month-old role because their boss is probably the reincarnation of the fella downstairs. The employee initially thought that they had a lot in common with their boss, but she soon proved the employee wrong by denying PTO requests, having multiple unwarranted micromanaging fits, and failing to provide any kind of bereavement leave.
