'You're fired... now give us all the passwords': Manager creates 100 character long passwords for company after being fired

There are often specific procedures and protocols that have to be followed to the letter when an employee gets fired. Otherwise, you end up situations like this! 

When an employee is fired, their bosses and HR team never quite know how they're going to react. Some employees get sad and cry a lot. Others say nothing. Some of them flip out and become irate. Even when management knows the person's temperament well, being fired out of the blue can be a life-altering event, and not everyone reacts how management anticipates they will. Instead of being loyal to a company who's paying their salary, they're suddenly hostile to the business who's cutting off their paycheck and benefits, leaving them scrambling to find a new job before rent is due. It's a bad thing to do to an employee, especially when they don't deserve it, which is exactly what happened to this manager.     I copied the passwords into a Google Doc on my phone, changed the font to lobster bold italic, and took screenshots of them (so they couldn't copy and paste), then emailed them to the owners.

    Not all of them were 100 characters, but I had to give the passwords for PayPal, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. They didn't ask me for the WiFi password as that was still set to the same as when I started, but I did change it along with the router password, and inside the shop is a 4g blackspot.

    Edit: to those asking if they could have just reset the passwords....the Google password was linked to what I think was the owner's old number. The social media accounts were recoverable via the a Google email. And they have since updated their social media about 10 days. after this happened so they must have got it eventually.

    To those asking if I was an who deserves to get fired....well I never said I wasn't. But I didn't want to get onto the details of why the owners and I hated each other. But in my eyes, I was in the right, and in theirs they were.

    Joped My favorite part of this was the use of lobster bold italic font. I had to look up to see how truly ridiculously evil it is. Hilarious name for a font as well :P

    Not only is it an eyesore, it's very hard to read. Imagine trying to type in 100 characters correctly with THIS font! If you got even a single letter or number wrong, you'd have to start all over. It could genuinely take hours, making this person's plan especially devious.

    Still, though, it might clue an intern in to how poorly things are run at that office, and maybe it would stop them from working there in the future.

    should never store/transmit passwords in pain text... so he encrypted them before transmitting.
