  • This handsome guy has been lurking around my apartment for months, impregnating neighbour cats. Captured him last night and will be resocializing him once the rescue gets him neutered. His name is PLP, Parking Lot Papa

  • left_t The first time my gf spotted this guy, we assumed he belonged to a neighbour. But as time went on it became clear this guy had been abandoned. He is fearful of adults,
  • but let my neighbours kids get much closer to him. It was raining a few nights ago, and I found him huddled under a car, meowing and crying. I tried to lure him out with treats, and while he ate some
  • (promising!) he would not come out. So, i contacted a local rescue that I've fostered with in the past and got a trap. It took a few days, but last night I successfully trapped him. We didn't intend to
  • be fostering him personally...but we both fell in love with his scarred (and scared) little face. I've socialized ferals before, and this man is much more scared than aggressive. I have high hopes
  • for finding him a home of his own! It looks like he's been through so much out there. The cartilage in his ears folds oddly, could be damage from frost bite, fights, or even ear mites. His face is
  • scarred, and one of his front paws is missing fur and has a recently healed wound. Not to mention, he is absolutely filthy!! And probably crawling with parasites. He has no idea how much better things are going to get for him

  • Edit: Little man is with the rescue now, apparently he has eaten and allowed her to pet him! He will be neutered Thursday and then he will come back here after for further socialization until we find him an adopter.
  • raini... Ooh, the village bicycle. That is one naughty kitty. I hope he's been paying kitten support like a good gentleman.
  • Perle1234 Aww his little snoot is so cute. Good on you for getting this guy inside and safe. Male rescues are such sweeties when they figure out pets are nice lol.
  • AlternativePrior9559 His Lothario days are over! Lucky he's not been hit up for kitten support.
  • wizzerstinker If he's been spreading the love around outside, now that he's going to be inside, YOU'RE going to get ALL the
  • Dull-... PLP. The name makes me laugh out loud at my desk. Good looking boy. Good job taking him off the mean streets and getting his healthy and safe. Tell PLP i said pspspspsps and pudge those chubby cheeks for me.

  • Couch-Raccoon Congratulations on securing The Notorious P.L.P.! (My absolutely broken brain went straight to some warped street cat version of the song Big Poppa.) Love his name so much.
  • In all seriousness, though, way to go getting this fella off the streets. Sounds like he's had a really rough time, and he's so lucky he crossed paths with you. Hopefully, with a little snip and a little time, you'll have a lazy, lovey old guy. "Reformed" street toms are a personal favorite.
