My favorite thing about any celebration is the food. I mean sure, I do also like getting to celebrate with people that I love, but as an intovert whose social battery is drained rather easily, I love having a plate full of food as an excuse to peace out from a conversation when I'm getting overwhelmed. While I love a birthday dinner at a restaurant or a snack bar at a wedding, the part of the meal I look forward to the most is the dessert. I have a major sweet tooth, so anything the host says goes. However, you can never really go wrong with a classic, crowd-pleasing cake!

In our story today, a young teen's birthday cake is presented to him half-eaten. The culprit was non other than his very own cousin. No, his cousin is not a naughty 3-year-old, but a 16-year-old that is old enough to know exactly what he is doing. When the next year rolls around, he isn't invited by the birthday boy again, and his mom points fingers, trying to rally the family in retaliation.
