Imagine walking into a closet, setting off a glitter bomb, and then grabbing the loudest, brightest thing that stuck to you. That was the 80s look. Neon so bright it could guide ships at sea. Shoulder pads that could double as personal flotation devices. Layers upon layers of denim, leather, lace, and plastic accessories the size of dinner plates. And the hair?
