If there's one thing that really spices up the miracle of childbirth, it's the presence of a best friend who's one Pinot away from proposing a love triangle over baked ziti. You'd think pregnancy would be enough drama for any household, but in walks Lena, the best friend forever with boundary issues so advanced she could teach a MasterClass. Over dinner, between polite bites and not-so-polite gazes, she launches into that brand of flirty banter that lands somewhere between awkwardly inappropriate and next-level daytime soap opera.

There's no better way to congratulate you on your bundle of joy,  in Lena's world, like a tipsy monologue about how she would have happily made a baby with you, and maybe the little one should bear your name twice, once for your wife and once for Lena's personal scrapbook of unfulfilled fantasies.
