Every meme you've ever seen in your entire life is somewhere in your brain. I know we've been taught the lie that we only use 10% of our brain's functioning, but that is untrue. The myth started when scientist William James said in 1907,

"We are making use of only a small part of our possible mental and physical resources."

The lie that 90% of our brains are unutilized was the basis for the movie Lucy, where Scarlett Johansson played a woman with full access to 100% of her brainpower. In reality, we probably all use our brains as much as Lucy, and that doesn't make us supergeniuses. We have much more capability for analysis, memory, and critical thinking than we give ourselves credit for. If you remember even five memes in this list of 33 in a month's time, you are definitely using your brain more than 10 percent.
