We have to hand it to this neighbor for not only thinking of recording the dog's loud barking, but also for thinking of playing it back to the neighbor on a speaker after they got home from their night shift. It's a classic tale of giving someone a taste of their own medicine, but let's be real: What about the other folks in the neighborhood, who have to endure this barking and the recording of said barking throughout the day? It's not like they asked for this either!
