When you're married as long as I've been, sometimes you need a meme or two to get you out of the spiral of monotony, frustration, or endless banalities with your husband. It can feel like clockwork, how they will as you where the Gouda is when you know it's in the cheese drawer where it always is. Or when they ask you where their shoes are when they're on his feet. The male brain really is from mars, isn't it? Venus never knew it's red faced counterpart could be so inactive and irresponsible, but I guess it's not always their fault. 


As women, it may feel like we're teaching men things all the time. Sometimes they even lack the wording to express how they feel out loud. One of my girlfriends says her boyfriend doesn't even know how he feels, much less how to express it. We give a lot to deal with men, and I'm sure they deal with a lot from us. I'm obviously biased because I'm a woman, but I'd say the odds are in their favor in terms of giving. 


From babies to men isn't an easy path, and can take discipline from many long-term relationships. Whereas women tend to be more Intuitive with things like that, with self soothing, understanding emotions, being empathetic and emotionally intelligent. They say women are more emotional, but I'm willing to bet men are just as emotional, but terrible at handling it.
