What's your favorite part of the day? My dog used to be very reactive—he'd bark at passing dogs, cry when I wouldn't let him play, and generally took me around the block whenever he was on the leash. But now, I've started a new training regimen that's turned him into the smartest, cutest, kindest, gentleman pup on the street. Because I'm no longer stressed about strangers rounding the corner, walking my dog is the best part of my day.

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the grass is still unseasonably green. Perhaps all we're missing in this simplistic life of ours is something mellow and wonderful to enjoy every day, and for nature lovers, just enjoying the crisp, fresh air is enough to lift your spirits. Alas, in a world that's spent largely behind the screen of a computer, driving your car to work, or just running errands to stay afloat, it's about time we carve out a cheeky 30-minute session of pure bliss, ensuring we get our daily dose of good vibes on a regular basis.
