24 Worst Cat Memes on the Internet Because They're Actually Purrfect Pygmy Hippos

Hello, all you furbulous felines on the internet today. We have some special cat memes for you today. They are purrfectly silly, hilariously hissterical and meowrvelously… moist? Yes. They are moist. Usually, cats don't like getting wet (they do, however, make the purrfect lifeguards), but this one cat in purrticular loves taking baths. They love the oily look on their smooth skin (no, we're not talking about hairless sphynx cats that look like raw chickens), living their lives in the shape of a football, and disappointing feline fanatics around the world. That's because these cat memes are actually purrfect pygmy hippos.

For some reason, someone on the internet made a bunch of memes of this awwdorable pygmy hippo (who we presume to be the infamous Moo Deng) and claimed that they are the worst cat pawssible. We'll leave that up to you to decide, but because they are technically cat memes, we couldn't pass up the awwportunity to share them with you.   • Okay, it may not be a very good cat, but it is a very good pygmy hippo. If we were okay with being slightly wet all the time, we would consider adopting one. But imagine how often you would have to clean the sheets if you let it up on the bed. That's too much work, we'll stick with cats.

    ZOD Some people are calling the cats on my blog "stupid" or saying they "hate" them. I can't support this. These cats did not ask to be this way. They want to be loved just like other cats, they want to play and cuddle. I personally think other cats are better and nicer. But I do not hate these cats. It is not their fault.

    Someone sent me this picture of Taylor Swift with her cat. I know she is a celebrity but I really think she's setting a bad example by popularizing this breed. If you want a pet, there are lots of cats at your local shelter that are probably a lot softer, cuter and also not as damp.

  • Taylor, girl, we thought you were one of us! We thought you were an “adopt, don't shop” kind of girl, but this is clearly a designer breed of pygmy hippo/cat. To each their own, but you have enough money to adopt over 1,000 cats. We guarantee you that none of them from the shelter will be quite so oily.

    I dont know why so many of these cats are covered in straw. Maybe they are good farm cats? It seems like if your cat was naturally kind of moist you'd want it to be somewhere where there weren't things to stick to it, like not around straw.

    Some people have been saying that these are not cats. I understand wanting to believe that. It's like wanting to believe that racism is over.
