Have you ever been provided a service so good that you refuse to go anywhere else for the same thing? Maybe it was the best haircut of your life with a flawless blend and perfect bangs, the kind that makes you want to take a million selfies in the car. Or maybe it was a car wash that left your ride so shiny it practically blinded you in the sun. Or that one barista who always remembers your exact order and spells your name right. When someone nails a service like that, why would you risk going elsewhere? And yet, we all make that mistake once. You switch it up just once and instantly regret it. The fade's practically a zero, the coffee tastes like battery acid, your cars still covered in mud. You silently vow to never cheat again.

That's the kind of loyalty this mechanic built with his customers. He worked at a dealership for years, and even after quitting for a better-paying job, his customers followed him to the new place.
