Box of puppies saved after a couple’s casual bike ride turns into an unexpected rescue mission

You know, judging by this story, us animal rescuers might be missing a trick. Because, let's face it, we would all love a successful rescue story to be added to our quiver of anecdotes that can be whipped out at functions. But it can be tiresome to walk around your neighborhood looking for lost causes, and if you take the driving approach, you are likely to miss a lot.

So just as the brave and noble rescuers of this litter of puppies did, it is best to cruise around on a bicycle and that way you have time to stop, slow and even listen out for tiny yelps that need our helps. Sure, you might have to cycle over ten miles to complete your mission, but not only will it be worth it for the save, but also the workout. So take this success story as a lesson in what to do when you finally do find a soul in need of rescuing, and get on your bike and ride.

But on the other hand, if the teddy bears managed to have a nice picnic in the woods, it should not come as too much of a big surprise.

  • Dang, this happened in Mexico. What a wild holiday that must have been. Though we have to say that of all the experiences you can have on holiday, this is probably one of the more memorable and unique ones. Sometimes it is worth riding the universe’s waves and seeing where they lead you.
