Cat's unexplained adventure sparks frustration and confusion after their pawrent finds them covered in lipstick stains, leaving their owner wondering who the other “mother” is

As a certified cat purrson, we know that cat people can be a little crazy. We're not afraid to admit that we will go out of our way to pet stray cats on the street, especially if we're on vacation. We've also been known to take a few home without telling our partner beforehand. We even returned to a purrticular hotel in Greece because we loved that there were so many street cats that lived in the area. However, we would never steal someone's cat, nor would we ever do anything to harm another cat.

What the cat lover in this post did didn't necessarily hurt the cat, but it did leave them very dirty and hard to clean. A cute white cat escaped from their pawrents' house, and came back covered in lipstick stains. The idea is cute, but the execution is not. It's not easy to get lipstick off a white cat, and we all know how much cats like to be clean. Scroll down to read the cat community's comments below!

  • We're not on the TikTok, but we can see this being a trend. However, we feel bad for all the cats that got lipstick stains because of their hoomans doing this. Pretty sure cats weren't meant to have lipstick on them…

  • We're not sure if “gross” is the right word, but maybe disrespectful. One kiss, we can excuse, that's an easy mistake to make if you didn't know your lipstick would leave a stain. But this cat is covered in stains.
