    Lord_92 2 hr. ago Non-profit isn't charity, just that all revenue has directed back into the organization. This can be done by just giving raises to the directors but they're functionally just legally non-profit motivated organizations.

    In the USA publicly traded companies have a legal obligation to direct profits to investors and non-profits have to feed it back in but be transparent about where that goes. That's it.
