Meet 'Baby B', a Siamese cat with dwarfism who has the hissterical habit of blepping every time she feels happy. Not only are siamese cats not very common, but being born with dwarfism makes her especially unique as well. She's purrmanently kitten-sized, as if she needed anything else to make her even cuter.
