This guy was usually the older sibling who always had it together. Always had it together, had the job, the girl, and the five year plan. Until one day he lost everything. He was forced to move back in with his parents and younger brother, who still lived there. He was annoyed by him at first and thought him spoiled and lazy. But after breaking down from reaching his own rock bottom, his little brother was the one who picked up the pieces. He made sure his big brother would be back on top soon. Now, they are closer than ever and he doesn't see his younger bro as a “slacker” anymore, he just sees him as “gentle.”

‘Structured’ older brother hits hard times and moves back in with parents and ‘slacker’ younger brother, wholesome sibling bonding blossoms: ‘He showed up when it actually counted.’
Siblings are an elite bond. No offense to only children, but that sibling bond is like nothing else. Only a sibling can make you crack with one word, but also have your back no matter what. As a little sister, I know! My brother is one of my closest bonds, but also the only person who can make me scream with anger. A sibling can support you in ways nobody can, not even a best friend. When you grew up that close to someone, both physically and emotionally, it does things to you.
So it's not surprising to me that this guy quickly changed his tune about his "slacker" younger brother after being forced to have him as an emotional support system.
