The 90s were an interesting era. But it's important that we don't get too hung up on it, lest we turn into Bojack Horseman. If you're not familiar, back in the 90s, Bojack Horseman was on a very famous TV show (within a TV show called Bojack Horseman). He's a washed-up sitcom star who can't quite let go of his 90s, Tim Allen-type fame and falls into a depressive spiral. All to say, nostalgia can be a trap. It can make you stuck in the past, unable to enjoy the present. So it's important we let it out in small doses. Memes can help. 

To avoid saying every single thing we do is a "90s kid" thing and losing all of our friends, it's vital that we let out the steam slowly. We watch some episodes of Full House, think about buying a Tamagotchi, and peruse our old collection of JNCO jeans.
