Orphaned baby rhino and zebra become best friends after arriving to wild animal sanctuary together: ‘Fate brought these two together, but they will be forever bonded by love’

There's so much wholesomeness in this post, fam, that we're not even sure where to begin. It's got everything - unlikely best friends, a healing journey, awwdorable baby animals, nighttime cuddles, and a whole bunch of cuteness overload. You might want to sit down for this.

A baby rhino and zebra were both orphaned and rescued from the wild. Thankfully, with the help of their rescuers, they were able to make it to an animal sanctuary where they met, and their journey began. It was an adventure no one expected, but everyone hoped for. These two babies shared a pen and grew up to be inseparable best friends. Yes, it is as heartwarming as it sounds.

The two eat together, cuddle together at night, and best of all, they play together as young kids do. They're often seen running around, chasing each other, and getting out their zoomies (rhino zoomies are so cute) while being carefully watched by the workers at the sanctuary. We couldn't capture it in pictures, but the video shows them having zoomies together. If you've never seen baby rhino zoomies, you're in for a treat. It's pawsitively adorable. She's like a giant, leathery puppy!

They literally snuggle at night. We thought they were exaggerating, but no, this picture confirms that they legit cuddle. That pen must be smelly, but we would ignore it to be a part of that cuddle puddle. Maybe with a nose plug.
