Too many cooks in the kitchen will spoil the meal! Just ask this person, who is utterly fed up with both their husband and his sister, who have been systematically destroying meal after meal. 

I don't know about you, but I've never once altered someone's meal while they were cooking it. I know some people will walk by, have a taste of that soup or sauce, and add a pinch of salt. Tasting the meal is acceptable. But when you start to add random ingredients without informing the chef, you're risking the whole dish. Even if you just add some salt or butter, you could be doing so without realizing that the chef is about to add those ingredients. Plus, if you're not cooking the meal, you could be doing literally anything else! Why not go play some video games or read a book before you have to do the dishes later on?
