A cat tour is a tour that goes around a neighborhood and gives participants the opportunity to become acquainted with the neighborhood cats. Some roam the streets showing off their shiny coats and tiny feets. Others sit in their porch being petted by their pawrents as tour participants oogle and aww at the cute fur baby. Minnow looks completely unhinged. To be fair a lot of it is the name, like seriously who names their cat after a fish? But you add to that the uncharacteristically unhinged expression that this tour participant captured on Minnow’s face, and you have a kitty who is not to be messed with.
