Teenagers Break Down the Door of a Burning House to Save 2 Dogs Trapped Inside, Tearjerking Heroics Get Caught on Camera (VIDEO)

When the smell of smoke swirled around the neighborhood and a crackling fire threatened a home, these teenage boys jolted into high alert. Yet when they heard the noise of a pair of little white dogs barking inside the confines of a burning house, they decided to act fast. Without waiting for the safety equipment of the fire department or the expertise of the pros, these teens bravely dove headfirst into harm's way so that they could save the lives of two innocent pups trapped inside a burning building. 

Some people are natural-born heroes, while others are put in situations that require them to exhibit spur-of-the-moment heroism. 

Sometimes, when I leave my dog home alone for the day, I wonder if he'd be safe in the hands of strangers in my absence—will they be heroes? If something ever goes wrong in the house and I'm not around, who's there to save my boy? Lucky for these dog owners, a group of teens became first responders to their house fire, breaking down the front door and rushing into a collapsing building when they heard the distressed barks of their beloved canines.
