'Serves him right.': Controlling factory manager left high and dry after being disrespectful to underpaid supervisor who no-shows while he's on vacation, sales come to a halt

This factory supervisor was hired because the management thought she would be easy to push around. At first, like anybody, she was nervous and just trying to do her best and keep her job. However, after months of being underpaid and disrespected, she decided she had enough. Turns out this employee was actually very smart and ready to hit them with an epic plan of professional karma. She waited until the manager, who only allows himself and her to know logins and certain duties, went out of the country. With him far from the factory and unable to reach easily, she knew the factory was heavily dependent on her. So you know what she did? She simply did not come into work. She no-call-no-showed this controlling and mean factory manager. A simple move, but devastating for the business. Because, without her or the upper management, the company had to come to a halt. Nobody had any access to anything because this upper management was so controlling! She also made sure to not only not show up, but to completely ghost them. So if anybody reached out to her for help logging in to something or doing a task, they simply just had to not do it. A wins a win for the minimum wage workers!
