Infertility issues are traumatic. One minute you're a blossoming teen worrying that one sneeze in the wrong direction of your crush is going to knock them up, and the next minute, you're in your 30s wishing you had so that you could have a baby of your own. The miracle of birth, babies, pregnancy, and parenthood is nothing short of miraculous, and once adults are old enough to be financially responsible for their family, it seems that it's no longer the right time for their bodies to conceive.
Regardless, this type of woe isn't something that anyone's mother-in-law should be a part of, and especially after she showed she was capable of overstepping every boundary with her daughter and her husband, something had to be done to ward off this nosy MIL… Like a full-blown banishment.
