Parents don't have it easy. Kids don't make it easy. Why would they? They have every excuse in the world to be clueless. They literally don't know anything. You are their barrier between them and the world of knowledge. You (and their teachers) have to decide what is important for them to know and when. Too much information too soon can be damaging, but so can too little information. You have to make a delicate choice as a parent and continue to make it every day. Not to mention you have to do the logistical work of raising them, which takes up a lot of time and energy. Like, most of your time and energy. 

Plus, you probably have a full-time job, not to mention a life of your own. It's a wonder that anyone gets anything done at any time. That's why parents are superheroes. It's a cliche, but it's true. So step into your superpowerdom, throw on a cape, and go off. You deserve to be recognized for your efforts. These tweets are a small but mighty part of that.
