Sometimes you need to get away from it all in order to really mull something over. We're so flooded with information every hour of the day that sometimes you need to hit pause to get a birds-eye view. Maybe there's a decision you have to make and you're torn between two options, so you take a walk around the neighborhood. This probably helps. Maybe you're working on a project and you're praying for a creative breakthrough, so you book a little solo trip to hike, cook, and get away from it all. Maybe you're just swimming with ideas, but you need a place to channel them. So you turn on the water and take a nice, hot shower. Ahhh, there you go. Now the ideas can flow freely. 

This is where shower thoughts come from. They are the ideas, musings, and brain blasts that you have when you're letting the water rush down over your shoulders. You have time to breathe, so the creativity comes in waves. And I, for one, would like to read some of them.
