Our cat children are a special bunch, there is no denying that. And we do not mean special in a singular sense, but in all senses of the word. Whether it is their ability to sense when we are down and in need of a little pick me up, or their incredible lack of planning which seems to go against their usually calculated nature.

They are full of special surprises and it is one of the many things that we can all agree make them great. And seeing as it is Caturday, that makes this the purrfectt time to take a moment to celebrate all the weird and wonderful things that we love about our cat children, with this collection taking a particular focus towards the perplexing places that our cat children like to precariously perch with little plan of how to get down. Well, other than crying out to us for hours on end until we come to find them unable to move and in need of a rescue.

  • Part jail, part perch, it is hard to say which way the jail is pointing seeing as the cat is free to move around, so it might be that being below the bars we are the ones in jail being controlled by the cat. Which when you put it like that is not all too far from the truth of being a cat pawrent.

  • Oh lordy this is one feline felon that you would want to be wary of because one false move from either yourself or the cat and you would end up with a series of scratches all over your face that would take months to recover from. Not a pleasant experience to go through, nor one to have to explain to all who come across your scratched up face.
