'I got paid... until I didn't': Dog sitter lovingly cares for client's pet, but they stop responding to his messages and abandon her, so he adopts the canine cutie into his family

Mocha had owners who used the same dog sitter every time. Mocha was staying with her best bud, until one day, her owners just didn't come back. The dog sitter tried calling, texting, everything, but he got no response. It was clear they weren't coming back for her. So, without hesitation, he adopted her into his family. As they spent more time together, he fell in love with her "giant heart", and it's apparent that he collected her like treasure.

You know who are experts in turning trash into treasure? Dogs. Dogs love trash. Ours has the habit of stealing old toilet paper rolls from the toilet and shredding them into pieces. In the grand scheme of things, it's relatively harmless, so we let her get away with it. But the moral of the story is that sometimes things that are considered trash are often discarded by the people who don't deserve them, and if the universe works the way it's supposed to, they should find their way into the hands of people who treat them like treasure. This is exactly what happened to Mocha.

  • Mocha looks like such a sweetie, especially with her little heart-shaped nose. Who knows why the owners decided to abandon her, but what matters most is that she's loved by someone who cares for her. Maybe they moved away, maybe they couldn't afford it anymore, and by no means are we excusing them for their actions, but at least she's safe and loved.
