When you're job hunting, after a few months, you'll do just about anything to be done with the job application process. Easy apply links, Linkedin scams, and 4 interviews later with your dream company, and you still have no offer letter. The real reason you're not getting hired might not be because of your lack of experience, but because you did something benign and silly in front of a big boss with even bigger insecurities.
An HR employee revealed a recent revelation about her own boss, confirming that he was openly rejecting well-qualified applicants for the dumbest reasons. Unlike a seasoned manager or someone who actively cares about their work environment's efficacy, this boss seemed to be self-sabotaging the entire interview process for all of his job candidates. As this HR worker points out, maybe it wasn't the interviewee but the interviewer who seemed to have a problem with a job listing.
Alas, after all this work to get to their final interviews, nobody is good enough for this final boss, because he's too unqualified to accept anyone who could potentially steal his job one day…
