Insomnia tips that have helped us in the past couple of years: putting our phones away 30 minutes before bed and reading until we're sleepy (usually takes between 15 - 30 minutes), doing 5 - 10 minutes of stretches before getting into bed, and investing in good quality pillows. Once we got pillows that actually helped us get comfortable, we were able to fall asleep much faster.
