30+ 90s Kid Nostalgia Pics To Take You Back (October 11, 2025)

The 90s contained multitudes, just like every decade. Sure, there is a lot that we miss. I miss being able to go to a Blockbuster to pick out what I was going to rent for my sleepover that weekend. We lost something when we lost physical media. Maybe that's why Taylor Swift keeps insisting that everyone buy 15 different vinyl variants of her new album. Would it be our undoing if we brought back just one Blockbuster? Like in a central location? But nobody has VHS players anymore, so… I guess it wouldn't work.

But there are just as many things from the 90s that I would be eager not to have back. Tabloid culture from that decade… can go. Low-rise jeans… can go. Frosted tips… might make a comeback. Who knows? All to say, it's probably for the best that time generally moves forward and that we left that stuff in the past. But sometimes we do want to look back and remember what we loved about it. These memes will help us do that.

These memes highlight all the things about the 90s that we might have forgotten, but we shouldn't. It's good to be in touch with one's roots, so it's necessary to look back (not in anger) at the time in which we grew up. And who knows, you might just be inspired to bring back JNCO jeans. But… probably not.
