Parking disputes can ruin neighbor relationships.

This story is a perfect example of why you should never expect the best in your neighbors, because they'll always be looking out for themselves before they choose to look out for you. Property line feuds and parking debacles make up a large portion of neighborly issues both in the real world and on advice-seeking forums. Many folks don't want to overstep another person's boundary, even when their own boundary has been overstepped. There lies the difference between impolite, disrespectful homeowners and residents who simply want to live and let live.

Say, a neighbor paves over the property line between your driveway and theirs without asking. They claim that this agreement existed with the previous homeowner before you came to the neighborhood, but there's something fishy about what they're claiming. Would another homeowner agree to create a "mega driveway" if they had to move their car every time this neighbor wants to move their RV camper van?
